A small but mighty team of Pipitone Group employees participated in the 5K Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community on Saturday, May 16, to raise funds on behalf of our client, Presbyterian SeniorCare. The group raised $795 for resident recreation programming at Presbyterian SeniorCare’s campuses in Oakmont and Washington, Pa., and their SeniorCare Network communities. The recreation funds allow residents to participate in fun outings and provide underwriting for the cost art supplies, games, music, computer software and other activities.
Hoofing it for the cause were Scott Pipitone and his son Gray; Jackie Hantz and her husband Ben; Paul O’Rourke and his wife Jen, along with infant son Jameson; Scott Henry with wife Heather and daughters Emmerson and Riley; Arnie Begler; Leah Moore; and Dayna DiRienzo. Generous gifts also were received from PG employees Ron Moehler, Kim Tarquinio, Andy Maxeiner, Francine Forbes and an anonymous donor.
Altogether, the entire Presbyterian SeniorCare team had 129 registered walkers, including the PG group, and raised more than $19,000. Thanks to all who participated to help keep Presbyterian SeniorCare’s residents busy and active!
