Pipitone Group (PG) is very excited to announce that we won three 2014 Brand Builder Awards for our collaborative efforts with the teams at PPG and CENTRIA. The awards were presented September 10, 2014 in Chicago during the Hanley Wood Foundations Conference.
Pipitone Group’s campaign to launch CENTRIA’s CASCADETM Metal Panel System won the best new product launch platinum award. Based on industry demand, CENTRIA was motivated to try something that had never been done before and commissioned its internal product development group to break the mold in concealed fastener rainscreen panel design with a product that features bold curves and an angular, sloped web for a new level of shadow relief. Using an integrated marketing strategy, CASCADE was presented as an innovative, beautiful CENTRIA product, furthering the company’s goal to prove itself as the innovator in the metal buildings products industry.
The second and third awards were both for Pipitone Group’s work for PPG’s Glass Education Center. The website took home the gold for Best Content Marketing Campaign and Best Website Design. The website was developed as a comprehensive educational resource for architects, fabricators, building owners, glass industry trade media and anyone else interested in learning more about integrating glass into commercial construction projects. Filled with rich, educational content in a range of formats, the site further cements PPG Glass’ leadership position in the industry.

The Brand Builder Awards are held by Hanley Wood, a premier information, media, event and strategic marketing services company serving the residential and commercial design and construction industries. Each year, Hanley Wood hosts the Brand Builder Awards to recognize the most innovative and effective marketing campaigns throughout the residential and commercial design and construction industries. Companies selected for recognition have executed campaigns that generate sales, motivate buying behavior and inspire customer loyalty.
More than 50 companies submitted entries in 22 categories, ranging from traditional advertising campaigns to social and mobile marketing strategies to lead generation programs. Entries for the 2014 Brand Builder Awards were reviewed by a jury of experts in all areas of marketing. The jury reviewed entries and rated them based on a pre-determined set of criteria, which were established prior to the call for entries.
Pipitone Group is proud to have risen above the competition and won three of this year’s awards.
